WELCOME MESSAGE

Dear Colleagues,

As you know, the 4th Annual International Digestive Disease Symposium (DDI 2020) and 3rd Annual Diabetes, Obesity and Cardiovascular Disease Summit (DOCS 2020) was originally scheduled for March 19 – 21. However, given the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, it is unlikely that an in-person event is feasible in the near future. Therefore, we have decided to reinvent DDI-DOCS as a virtual event and it will take place from September 17 – 20.

The feedback from last year attendees was very positive, and we expect that this set-up will allow us to maximize the educational material and reach a larger audience with a greater cross-section of topics.

The Virtual Conference will be held completely online and will comprise the same content that had been planned for the in-person event.

The DDI Symposium aims to provide its participants with the latest, evidence based and state-of-the-art lectures addressing a spectrum of common and complex topics. This scientific program is specifically developed to present up to date, data driven management of a variety of conditions including medical and surgical approaches to: liver and pancreatic diseases, inflammatory bowel disease, esophageal disorders...
